Actually, the QR code reagent identification is a nice touch that saves time on entering lot numbers manually. But if you're doing batch processing, you'll want something faster.
One thing we've noticed is the touch screen can be a bit slow to respond if you have sweaty or gloved fingers — a stylus works fine, but it's worth knowing. The tungsten-halogen lamp typically lasts about 2000 hours, and we usually have stock on replacement bulbs, but confirm lead time if you're ordering them seperately.
