The SWL series covers from 2.5 up to 35 tons capacity depending on which model you pick, with lifting speeds ranging from 150mm/min all the way to 1800mm/min, and input power requirment vary from 0.5KW to 21.8KW base on your specific application.
What it does is deliver reliable mechancial lift through a combination of hardened steel gears and cast iron housing, and the efficiency for the plain worm (P type) runs between 16% and 33% while the friction-type (M type) sits lower at 11-13%—just something to keep in mind depending on whether you need faster travel or more load holding.
You can run these with either an electric motor or manually, and the screw options run from Tr30*6 up to Tr100*20 depending on the model you go with, though we usually have stock on more common sizes but confirm lead time for Tr100.
Basically the whole unit is grease-lubricated with ZGN-1 or ZGN-2, which handles temperatures from -20°C to +100°C, and you can mount it either foot or flange style, or link 2 to 8 jacks together for synchronized operation—most buyers go with 4 jacks for balanced loads.

The standard ZGN-1/ZGN-2 grease works from -20°C to +100°C. If your environment exceeds that, we recommend switching to a high-temperature synthetic grease—just let us know the expected range, and we'll suggest a compatible option.
You can connect 2 to 8 units using a common drive shaft and coupling system—we supply the matching linkage components. All jacks will operate at the same speed and position, as long as the total load and torque don't exceed the motor's capacity.
