Coming out of Guangdong with decades of stainless fabrication behind us, these kitchen carts are built around a 3-layer structure with square tubes—nothing fancy, just solid construction that holds up. We usually have 304 or 201 in stock, and most buyers go with the 304 for better corrosion resistnce if the sink's getting constant use, though 201 keeps costs down and works fine in drier environments.
The assembly is pretty straightforward, you'll have it together in maybe 20 minutes or so with the included hardware, and the 4 swivel TPR castors (two with brakes) move smoothly across tile or concrete. We don't always get this right, but the polishing surface treatment does help resist fingerprints and minor scratches better than a raw finish—kind of a bonus you wouldn't think about until you've cleaned it.
What it does is accept OEM tweaks on dimensions, tube gauge, or the number of shelves, so you can get anything from a single-layer prep cart up to a 3-layer utility rack. MOQ's usually 50 units for custom sizing, but our company can do smaller runs if you're okay with our standerd 900mm x 500mm rectangular layout (with armrests).
These aren't really suited for heavy commercial dishwashing lines where you'd need 316-grade stainless, because the 304 or 201 will pit over time with constant salt or chlorine exposure. 200-300 units typically ships in a mixed carton load, and every batch gets a COA from our in-house lab—reagent grade purity checks aren't what you'd need here, but for kitchen prep and storage, the matrial holds up well.
Also, the 3-layer design gives you 350mm between shelves on standard model, which is enough for most mixing bowls or sheet pans without cramming. Just check lead time if you need a specific tray spacing or wheel load rating above 50kg per caster.
Our MOQ for the 304 stainless steel models is 50 units. For the 201 version, we can do as low as 30 units.
Standard OEM orders take about 25-30 days from sample approval. Rush orders can be done in 20 days if we have the material in stock.
Yes, we can provide a mill test certificate for the 304 stainless steel on request. For 201, we also have an SGS report available.
We can swap the TPR castors for nylon or rubber options, and you can choose all four with brakes or none. Just let us know your preference.
