What it solves is the headache of inconsistent power from cheaper cells that sag under load or die after a few hundred cycles. We've tested these with a 15A pulse discharge and they hold voltage steady, which matters when you're pulling hard on an e-bike or golf cart motor. Most buyers go with the 3000mAh option for good balance of runtime and weight.

Lead time is typically 15-20 working days for custom OEM orders, and we'll do your branding on wrap or even teh cell itself. MOQ is 1000 pieces for custom spec, but our company can do smaller sample runs (usually 50-100 cells) to let you test before committing. Just keep in mind the 5C pulse rating is for bursts under 30 seconds — sustained discharge at that level will shorten cycle life.

We can match capacities within the 2000mAh-4000mAh range, so 3500mAh is doable. 5000mAh is outside our spec range — our cells top out at 4000mAh. For higher capacities, you'd need a larger form factor.
Store them at -20°C to 45°C for up to one month, or -20°C to 25°C for up to three months. Keep them at around 50-60% charge in a dry, cool place. That gives you about 6-9 months before you need to recharge.
