You'll see the LCD display shows speed, mileage, and assist level, but what it doesn't tell you is that the controller's firmware limits top speed to 32Km/h regardless of wheel size, so don't expect to hack it to 40.
The frame's 6061 aluminum alloy keeps it light enough to carry up a flight of stairs — about 24KG with the battery installed — and the 34.9mm seat tube diameter means any standard dropper post will fit if you want to upgrade later. That steel fork on the front, though, is there to keep cost down, it's fine for pavement but you wouldn't want to take this on singletrack or rough gravel.
We've been shiping this model under the E-24CC350 SKU for about four years now, the early batches had some wiring harness issues near the headtube but that's been sorted since mid-2022, so you're getting teh revised version with strain relief on the connectors. Every unit goes out with a basic COA showing battery voltge and motor function test, but if you need the full EN15194 cerification docs or a TDS for the battery cells, just flag it in your notes.
Custom colors are actually pretty straightforward — we just need your PMS code at least two weeks before next production run hits the line, and the MOQ for custom paint is 50 units instead of the standard 10, so plan accordingly if you're branding this for a rental fleet or a retail chain. The standard black and red frames seem to sell fastest, though blue looks sharper in person than on the sample card.
