We've been shipping these to US and EU buyers for a while now, and the compliance docs are pretty much always the first thing they ask about — full SGS test report, CE and EN71 certificates, COC available on request, all included with the unit.

The 0.55mm PVC is thicker than what most backyard-grade bouncers use, and the double-stitched seams hold up better under continuous commercial use at parks or events. 100 to 149kg total weight, depending on size. You'll get a blower, repair kit, and the right plug for your region (usually 2-4 weeks for custom plug adapters, but we stock standard EU/US ones).

MOQ is one piece, which is basically unheard of for this category. Lead time runs 7 to 15 working days for custom sizes or colors — we keep about 270 standerd units in the warehose, so stock orders ship faster.

It's not ideal for heavy-duty rental fleets running daily, honestly — the 0.55mm is fine for schools, home backyards, and occasional market setups, but if you're running a full commercial operation with nonstop use, you'd want the 0.6mm or thicker. Most buyers go with standard thickness anyway.

Also, the warranty is three years, which covers manufacturing defects but not punctures form rough play or sharp objects — that's pretty standard for inflatables. We include repair kits for a reason.
