Usually we keep around 200 units in stock across the 10’6” and 11’6” sizes, and lead time runs 7-15 working days unless you’re ordering something outside those lengths—then add 3-5 days for tooling adjustments. The 5mm EVA deck pad has better abrasion resistnce than standard foam if you’re dragging gear onto it from a rocky shoreline, and you’ll feel teh difference in grip when wet.

It’s got a double layer drop stitch core bonded with two PVC sheets, which basically eliminates the pillow-like flex you get on cheaper single-layer boards at higher pressures—we inflate to about 15-18 PSI and it holds rigidity comparable to an epoxy board up to about 30 knots of wind fetch. The 6 D-rings are 304 stainles, not the chrome-plated steel that rusts after a season on brackish water.

Removable center fin comes with a quick-release thumb screw, so you can swap it for a touring fin if you’re doing longer lake paddles, but don’t use this in surf over 3 feet without a proper thruster setup—the side bite isn’t there. Center carry handle is comfortable for one-hand lugging, but the 24-pound 12’6” model will test your grip after 50 yards or so.
Customization is pretty straightforward: we do logo embossing on the deck pad, color-matched PVC layers (about 200 Pantone shades off shelf), and any length between 10’ and 12’6” at 6-inch intervals. MOQ for custom color is 50 units, but if you just need a logo change on stock dimensoins we’ll do it from 1 piece—(pricing jumps about 15% per board for the setup and remesh).

Stock ships LTL from a regional hub (usually Nashville or Sparks), and every board goes out with a double-wall corrugated carton plus a polybag sleeve to protect the PVC form scuffing during transit. 3-year structural seam delamination and valve leaks, but it excludes fin box cracking from impact at speed—we’ve seen that on four boards in five years, all due to hitting submerged rocks at over 6 knots.
It means the board has two layers of drop stitch fabric laminated together, which makes it way stiffer and more rigid than single-layer boards. You get better performance and less flex when paddling on lakes or rivers.
Yes, it's real — we back the board for 3 years against manufacturing defects like seam failures or valve issues. Normal wear and tear isn't covered, but we stand by the build quality.
Absolutely, we accept MOQ of just 1 piece for samples. Lead time is 7-15 working days, so you can test the board quickly.
We can provide material test reports like REACH or RoHS upon request, especially for the PVC and EVA foam. Just let us know what certification you need.
You send us your logo and preferred Pantone color, we'll make a sample for approval first. Custom size is also available within the 10' to 12'6" range.
