The main thing you need to know upfront is that the drawer depth is a bit shallower than some heavy-duty metal carts — about 3 inches or so — so it's not ideal if you're trying to store bulky laparoscopic towers or large fluid warmers, but for endoscope systems, ultrasound probes, and smaller monitoring gear, it actually works better because you can reach everything without digging.

We've been moving these for years and what most buyers don't realize is that the sliding mouse tray is the real selling point — it pulls out smoothly and locks in place, which saves a lot of frustration when you're typing notes or ultrasound software in an OR setting.

The ABS construction is basically non-porous so you can wipe it down with bleach wipes all day without it yellowing or cracking, and teh swivel casters (two with brakes) handle hospital flooring well — we usually have stock in blue, but confirm lead time for custom colors since that can add 20 days or so to delivery.
Spec-wise you're looking at four layers with adjustable height (the top shelf sits at about 42 inches fully raised), dimensoins of 1250mm tall by 503mm wide and 560mm deep, and the whole thing packs flat in a carton for shippng — but the assembly is straightforward, just the caster stems and shelf clips, so 10-15 minutes tops.

Actually, one thing that catches first-time buyers is that the mouse tray sits on the second shelf form the top, not the bottom, so if you're planning to use it primarily as a supply cart for the ICU, you might prefer to leave the tray off entirely and just use that shelf for gauze and gloves — we've had several customers do exactly that.

Anyway, for ordering we typically ask for 50 units minimum on a standdard run, but our company can do smaller sample orders at a slightly higher per-unit price (check lead time on those), and the warranty is one year against manufacturing defects but not against accidental damage or improper cleaning — the COA covers the ABS material specs and caster load rating if you need it for hospital procurement.
