Found a supplier last quarter who had the QB-4021 hinge ready to go—samples arrived in about 6 working days, which was better than the usual 2-3 weeks we see from other shops, and the zinc alloy body felt solid in hand, not flimsy at all.
We usually run with the antique brass finish for our small box orders, but they also had golden, nickel, black, and something called antique brass, though the nickel option had a slightly higher MOQ we weren't told about upfront, about 1500 pieces or so, but the standerd 1000-piece MOQ for most finishes was easy to hit, and the 160*10*90° size fit our cabinet prototype fine, though if you need customiztion they're pretty flexible on length and material—we've only tested the zinc alloy so far.
It basically works well for small boxes and furniture but wouldn't recommend it for heavy doors or high-traffic cabinets, the iron version might hold up better there, but for our use case the smooth operation was a pleasant surprise, and free samples (you just pay freight) let us check the COA before committing to a full run.
Production capacity sits at 50000 pieces per day, so lead time wasn't an issue for our 5000-piece order, and they packed everything in standard export cartons with no damage during shiping.
Actually, one thing we didn't think to ask but now know—the surface treatment can vary slightly in tone between batches, usually within acceptable tolerance, but if you're matching existing hardware it's worth ordering a sample first.
