We’ve quoted these K1 and K2 models hundreds of times for irrigation setups, and the 304 stainless holds up better than plated carbon steel when you’re running fertilizers or hard water through the lines—the vacuum treatment on the surface is what keeps pitting at bay in those conditions.
Working pressrue tops out at 300 PSI, which is fine for most tractor hydraulics and pivot systems, but don’t push it past 120°C continuous or you’ll start seeing seal degradation—usually the nitrile O-rings go first, and we can swap those for Viton if your appliction runs hot.
Thread options are NPT or BSPP, and we can customize teh pitch if your RFQ specifies something odd, but that adds about 10 working days to lead time; standerd stock ships in 2-3 weeks for orders under 500 units.
Bulk pricing drops noticeably at 1,000 pieces—roughly 18% off the single-unit rate—and we pack them in plastic boxes inside cartons, so they arrive without thread damage even if the courier isn’t gentle.
What most buyers don’t ask upfront is whether the locking sleeve is compatible with their existing male tips; the K1 has a 1/4-inch bore and the K2 takes 3/8-inch, so check your coupler body size before you order.
Anyway, we’ve got the COAs from the last batch on hand, and the MOQ for a custom thread run is 200 pieces—lead time is roughly 25 days or so, give or take depending on factory load.
