We've got the 768 ride-on you asked about coming out of our factory line this month, and it's basically a compact Toyota-style electric car for the 1-3 age bracket, with a 6V system and two 380 motors pushing it to 5km/h—plenty safe for driveway cruising, though keep in mind it's not built for rough gravel or steep slopes.
It comes standard with that 2.4G Bluetooth remote for parental override (usually we ship red or white in higher volume, but black and blue are wobbly on lead time), and music/MP3/BT functions work fine for what they are, just don't expect audiophile quailty out of that little built-in speaker.
The packaging is plain carton, standard for our export orders, and the CE EN71 certs are current for most EU markets, though we had an order show up that required a customs clearance document we'd missed, so confirm what your border wants—your compliance is your deal.
Lead time is roughly 30 days from PO confirmation, not including shipping, and the MOQ is 50 units or so—if you need less, our company can sometimes split a production slot, but don't count on it at this price point.
Net weight is 5kg, gross about 6kg after boxing, so individual cartons are manageable for small courier routing, though for bulk LCL freight you'll want to factor the 74×41×36cm dimensoins into your container plan.
So for an RFQ like this, confirm your target color split first—that makes or breaks the warehouse staging—and we'll put together a proforma with the ship date locked to your payment timing; we have the capasity for up to 500 units a month, but the 380 motor stock gets tight if you push to Christmas rush.
We don't list an exact weight limit, but since it's designed for ages 1-3 and runs on a 6V battery with a 5km/h top speed, it comfortably supports kids up to around 20-25kg. The high-quality plastic frame handles typical toddler weight fine.
We can do custom colors or add your logo, but it depends on your order quantity. For small batches, we stick to Red, White, Blue, and Black. If you're ordering 500+ units, we can discuss other options.
It comes with CE and EN71 safety certifications, so it meets EU toy safety standards. We can provide the certs with your shipment if needed.
Typically, 100 units take 15-20 days after order confirmation and payment. That includes production and standard carton packing. Shipping time adds on top depending on your destination.
The 6V 7AH battery is replaceable, but we don't recommend upgrading to a higher voltage. It's designed for safety and motor specs—going higher could overheat the 380 motors or break the remote control system.
