The 51CRV4 steel is actually the same matrial used in higher-end suspension springs, so you get consistent spring force even after repeated clamping cycles—basically, it's industrial-grade fatigue resistance built in from the start.
We usually stock the silver Dacromet-coated versions (corrosion resistance is easily 5-10 times better than standard zinc), but black is available if your buyers prefer the look or have a specific spec—just give us a head start on that option, roughly 20 days or so.
The nominal diameter runs from 13 to 47mm, though teh actual clamping range lands between 14.2 and 50mm DN (it depends on how much the hose compresses), and wall thickness can go 0.8 to 2.1mm depending on how tight you need the hold.
For automotive coolant lines these clamp diameters pretty much slot onto standard SAE hose sizes perfectly, but for heavy machinery piping you'll want to confirm the delivery diameter (12-41.5mm) actually fits your outer tube before adding them to the RFQ.
One thing most buyers don't think to ask: the band width is fixed at 12mm flat—that works fine for most hosing, but if you're going into oversized spiral wire hose, it won't wrap evenly, so maybe check the rubber profile first before ordering MOQ quantities (2500 pieces or so per size in bulk industrial packaging).
Anyway, for production lead time just let me know which diameter and thickness—we do zinc-alumnum coating in-house, so turnaround is pretty fast once the 51CRV4 strip stock arrives.
