We usually stock these in galvanized carbon steel at Φ50mm x 2.0mm pipe, which is heavier than many alumnum frames at 12 kg, but you’ll get better durability for the 30 kg capasity limit if you’re hauling snacks and spare jackets alongside the kids.
The 600D polyester with PU coating is water-resistant enough for light rain, but it’s only one layer of coating so it won’t hold up in sustained downpour without a separate rain cover—something we can add as an OEM option.
Watch the folded dimnesions at 825 x 830 x 175 mm, which is a bit wide for some trunk openings, so measure your space; the quick-release wheels help if you pull them off separately to shave about 100 mm off that width.

Both wheels have a quick-release skewer mechanism—just flip the lever to remove or attach them. The front 14" wheel is smaller for better maneuverability, while the rear 20" x1.75 provides stability.
We offer OEM/ODM customization, so you can choose different fabric colors for the 600D waterproof polyester or even add your logo. Frame colors can be adjusted too, but the hot-dipped galvanized finish is standard for durability.
It ships flat-packed in a single carton with foam padding, folded dimensions are 825 x 830 x 175 mm. Store in a dry place below 40°C to keep the fabric and coating in good shape.
