We've been shipping these CD223s for a while now, and most buyers go with the 4.8V Li-on battery setup for lighter marine work — it's pretty much what teh drill's built for, not the heavy indutrial stuff.
The 250r/min no-load speed is fine for quick fastening jobs, and the 3N.M torque handles smaller bolts or soft metals, but don't expect it to drive through thick steel all day. The 10mm chuck size fits standard bits, so you can swap out without fuss. One thing I'll mention: the round shape gives you better grip than the typical pistol-grip models, especially when you're working overhead or in tight spots. It weighs 11kg net, which sounds heavy, but the weight distribution makes it easier to control than you'd think. The quick charge is a nice touch — you get about 20 minutes or so to full charge, though we usually have stock, but confirm lead time before you order in bulk.
Qualiy-wise, every unit gets a basic test before packing — we check the motor runs smooth, battery locks in properly, and the chuck holds a bit straight. The COA covers the basic specs, but we don't include HPLC data or detailed torque curves, since it's a power tool, not a lab instrument. The 12-month manufacturing defects, but not damage from misuse or dropping it off a ladder.
Packaging is straightforward: each drill comes in a 40×26.5×29cm carton, gross weight 12kg. We don't offer custom branding or colors — it's the standdard MAKUTE blue-and-black look. The MOQ is typically 50 units per order, but our company can do smaller runs if you're just testing the market.
Anyway, it's not designed for high-torque concrete drilling or heavy-duty framing, so don't push it beyond the 3N.M limit. The 4.8V battery is actually easier to handle than the bigger 18V units for quick repairs or assembly line work.
Our MOQ is typically 500 units, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just getting started with the MAKUTE brand.

This model is designed for light-duty tasks like marine drill rod work or soft materials. For steel or concrete, you'd need a higher-voltage model with more torque.
