That 65mm is the maximum blade length the chuck can accept, not the shank size. Standard T-shank blades work fine; just make sure the blade itself doesn't exceed 65mm.
Absolutely — we offer custom packaging options. Just let us know the box dimensions and artwork, and we'll adjust the carton quantity accordingly. There may be a small setup fee for the new packaging.
