It's basically an MC4 connector tool designed for solar insallation work—glass-filled PA matrial, RoHS approved, and we make it in our own facility.

Tolerance is pretty tight on the crimping dies—usually ±0.1mm or so for consistent results across your whole project—and that heat distortion rating of 130°C means it won't warp if you leave it in teh van in summer.
Operating temperture range covers -20°C to 80°C, so it's fine for rooftop work in freezing winter or desert heat (just don't leave it in direct sun for hours).
