You can basically hand us any artwork in PDF, CDR, or AI and we’ll run it through offset printing with custom CMYK or Pantone matching — we’ve done everything from simple logos to full-color character scenes for kids aged 3 to 8 years. MOQ sits at 500 pieces, which is pretty standerd for this kind of custom run, and lead time usually falls between 15 and 25 days depending on finishing complexity.

Most buyers go with a 1.5mm grey board core for durability, though art paper and cardboard are options too — the grey board just holds up better when little hands are assembling it over and over. We’ve found that a gloss lamination finish (or UV coating if you want extra shine) really helps the colors pop and protects against scratches, but embossing is more of a premium touch that not everyone needs.

500 units is the minimum, but if you’re ordering 2,000 or so we can often shave a few days off the lead time — just confirm when you’re ready. Sample production is available with a custom fee, and we’ll send you a photo or video of the physicall sample before shipping the full batch, which is something buyers usually appreciate.

This isn’t really suited for heavy-duty classroom use where puzzles get handled daily by dozens of kids — the cardboard construction is fine for home or occasional play, but it won’t survive a daycare setting for long. The cognitive development angle is real, though; we’ve had schools order these with custom shapes and piece counts to target specific age groups, like 12-piece puzzles for 3-year-olds and 48-piece for 7-year-olds.

We’ve got ISO9001 cerification on the production line, so the color consistency and die-cut accuracy are tight — better than what you’d get form a generic print shop. Each batch comes with a COA if you request it, and we pack everything in export cartons on pallets, which keeps damage low during shippng (usually 2-4 weeks by sea).
The MOQ is 500 pieces per design. We do offer samples for a custom fee, which is refundable on bulk orders. Just reach out for the exact sample cost.
