The 115° angle is actually what most buyers go with for reaching behind corners in stainlss polishing, but it's not ideal for flat surface grinding where a standard 90° head works better — we've found the self-lock trigger keeps accidental startups from happening, and the bottom exhaust blows air away form your work, which is a nice touch if you're in a tight spot for 4 CFM or so.
Free speed hits at 20000 RPM, which is enough for carbide burrs or resinoid points, but if you push it past 90 PSI, you'll burn through the collet faster — metal construction holds up well, though, and at 0.5 kg, it's easy to handle for long jobs without getting heavy.
It basically runs on a standard 1/4" air inlet, and we usually stock these, but confirm lead time for custom labeling options — the integrated adjustable air regulator (it's a small dial at the base) lets you dial in speed precisely, but most folks just run it full throttle.
One thing that surprises new users is the 1/4" collet capacity only takes 6mm accessories — for bigger burrs, you'd need a different grinder, but for detail work on casting grinding, this is better than most.
