We've been shipping these brushless impact wrenches for about two years now, and the 2880Nm peak torque is actually what most buyers lock onto first—it handles seized suspension bolts and lug nuts without breaking a sweat.
Gear 1 gives you 0-2800 RPM for precision work, but gear 2 cranks to 3500 RPM when you need to zip off fasteners quickly, and teh 3200 impacts per minute mean it rattles loose even corroded hardware in seconds (usually 2-4 weeks lead time on the 6.0Ah battery packs).
It's not really suited for delicate assembly work where you need fine torque control—the 1/2" square drive and 6.6kg weight make it better for heavy automotive repair than, say, electronics or small engine jobs.
brushless motor runs cooler than brushed equivalents, so you don't get that power fade halfway through a battery cycle, and the 21V lithium-ion system holds charge well even in colder shop conditions.
Most buyers go with the bare tool option since they already have 21V batteries, but we've seen a few shops order the kit with the 6.0Ah pack for all-day use on fleet maintenance.
MOQ is 10 units for custom packaing, but single units ship form stock—COA availble on request, though we usually have HPLC data on hand for the battery cells.

Lead time is typically 15-20 working days for a standard order of 100 units. We can fast-track it to 10 days if you need it sooner, but that might add a small rush fee.

The 21V 6.0Ah lithium-ion battery is included in the package, along with a charger. Full charge takes about 60-90 minutes, depending on the charger model.
Each impact wrench comes in a sturdy color box with foam inserts to protect the tool and accessories. For bulk orders, we can also pack them in export cartons to save on shipping costs.
