It’s basically built for heavy lifting—lug nuts, suspension bolts, the kind of fasteners that make you regret using a ratchet. We’ve seen these hold up fine in auto shops and on construction sites, though it’s overkill for light home use (stick to a smaller wrench for furniture assembly). The brushless motor is teh big draw here, giving you that 800 N.M peak torque without the heat buildup of a brushed unit, which usually kills the motor after a few hard jobs.
0-7000 rpm and 3000 impacts per minute, so you can feather the trigger for a delicate adjustment or just floor it and watch a rusted bolt spin off. Two 4.0Ah batteries come in the box—each takes about 70-80 minutes to charge, and we’ve found they last through a solid afternoon of work if you’re not running it full blast the whole time. The drive size is 3/8”, which is a bit lighter than the 1/2” standdard, but it’ll still handle most automotive work—just don’t expect it to break free a seized truck axle. Weight is 3.5 kg, so it’s not featherweight, but the ergonomic grip helps when you’re working overhead or in a tight engine bay.
Warranty is split—18 months on the motor, 12 months on the battery. That’s pretty standard, honestly, as lithium packs tend to degrade faster than the tool itself. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units or so.
One thing you don’t always think about is the chuck—it’s a friction ring type, not a pin detent, so sockets can pop off if you’re not careful with heavy impacts. Most buyers go with the 21V system because of that it balances power and runtime better than the 18V options, and the 4.0Ah batteries are easier to handle than the bulky 6.0Ah packs. Anyway, it’s a solid workhorse for the price, but if you’re doing industiral-grade assembly all day, you’ll want something with a higher impact rate.
It'll handle most passenger car and light truck lug nuts easily. The 800 N.M is peak torque, so for heavy-duty truck work you might want a higher-torque model, but for standard automotive jobs—suspension, brakes, engine mounts—this tool is more than enough.
We can provide CE and RoHS certifications upon request. The tool also comes with a 12-month warranty on the batteries and 18 months on the brushless motor, so you're covered if anything goes wrong.
Our MOQ is 50 units for stock orders. If you need a sample first to test, we can arrange that with a slightly higher per-unit price, but standard bulk orders start at 50 pieces.
Currently, the YW6033 is only available in 3/8" drive. We don't offer a 1/2" option for this model, but we have other impact wrenches in our lineup with 1/2" drive if that's what you need.
Keep the batteries at around 50% charge if storing for more than a month, and store the whole kit in a dry place between 0-40°C. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat, as that can degrade the lithium cells over time.
