Our H07V-U/H07V-F/H05V-U series PVC insulated copper wires are designed for reliable electrical installations in various industrial and residential applications. These wires feature high-quality materials and strict manufacturing standards to ensure safety and performance.
The H07V-U/H07V-F models are suitable for dry locations, switchboards, and indoor fixed installations. They can be installed in surface mounted, embedded conduits, or on suitable objects. The H05V-U model is designed for protected fixed installations within equipment and lighting units, as well as for installations in pipes above and below gypsum, specifically for signal and control circuits.
All our wires feature either solid or stranded bare copper conductors according to DIN EN 60228 Class 1 or 2 standards. The PVC insulation provides excellent electrical properties and durability. Available in multiple standard colors including red, black, blue, brown, grey, white, green/yellow, yellow, and green for easy circuit identification.
The H07V-U/H07V-F wires have a rated voltage of 450/750V and can withstand a test voltage of 2500V, while the H05V-U model is rated for 300/500V with a 2000V test voltage. All products operate within a temperature range of +5°C to +70°C with a maximum conductor temperature of 70°C.
Our wires comply with international standards including IEC 60227-3 and DIN VDE 0281-3, and carry multiple certifications such as ISO9001, CE, CCC, and CSA. The minimum bending radius is 4 times the wire diameter to prevent damage during installation.
