The conductor is bare copper, solid or stranded depending on the model, and it follows DIN EN 60228 Class 1 or 2—basically, the H07V-U is solid and the H07V-F is stranded, which matters if you're doing tight bends since the stranded version is more flexible, but the bending radius is a minimum of 4 times diameter either way.
It's 70°C max conductor tempearture, and the operating range is +5°C to +70°C, so it's not suited for outdoor exposure or high-heat environments like near furnaces—we usually tell buyers to confirm their ambient conditions before ordering.
Colors we stock are red, black, blue, brown, grey, white, green/yellow, yellow, and green, and our company can do custom labeling or specific lengths per spool if you give us the quantities—MOQ is typically 100 meters per color, but we can flex on that for repeat orders.
