The 50W 5150-5350MHz RF power amplifier module is designed for high-performance applications in anti-drone systems and other RF communication solutions. This module features advanced GaN technology for superior power efficiency and reliability.

50W RF Amplifier Module

With a working frequency range of 5150-5350MHz, this module delivers stable output power of 47±1 dBm while maintaining excellent signal quality. The compact design measures 20×28×6cm and features IP65 waterproof protection for outdoor applications.

RF Module Internal Structure

The module incorporates multiple protection features including temperature compensation, overtemperature protection, and standing wave protection. The RS485 control interface allows for easy integration into various systems.

Our production process includes five major quality tests: semi-finished product testing, aging testing, high/low temperature testing, vibration testing, and finished product testing. This ensures each module meets the highest reliability standards.
