What makes it different, what you basically get, is a cart that doesn’t rust or pit after a few months of frequent chemicla wipes — teh whole frame has that electrostatic plastic-spray coating. 50 kilos per shelf means you can load a heavy monitor on the top and still fill the others with trays of instruments without worrying about the steel buckling. It’s quiet too — the swivel casters have that mute design and they’re all locking, so the thing won’t roll away when you bump it. Usually ships with four shelves standard but you can bump it to five if you request it at time of order (just ask, we have the parts).

You can adjust each shelf in 30mm increments and the knobs aren’t the kind that strip out after three adjustments. Each shelf is cool-rolled steel plate, about 578mm wide by 756mm deep — a broader footprint than some competitors which gives you more room to set up a 24-inch monitor and still have space for a keyboard or endoscope holders. The whole height is 1200mm so it fits under most counter overhangs and cabling arms. 3. Irony is, some buyers think it’s overbuilt for just storing endoscopes, but honestly it’s better suited as a general procedure cart for minor surgery packs or anesthesia trays. It’s not what you’d use for high-frequency crash cart situations — the drawers are optional and there’s just no space for a defibrillator. For that we’d send you something else.

Colors are standerd blue but we do batch orders in other finishes if the MOQ works out. We usually have the ABS model on quick ship — inventory settles around 30–50 units at any time. You can spec anti-static casters or a monitor holder or those endoscope holders separately; the keyboard drawer mounts easily (two bolts fit into pre-drilled holes that align with standard VESA plates and a medial mounting bar).

Lead time is generally 20 working days or so, but confirm with us first cause specialty finishes sometimes push that. Certifications are CE and ISO13485 and ISO9001 — those are printed on the label tag sewn onto the plastic side panel, also included with the paperwork in the box.

Anyway, the warranty is one year. our company have a replacement-parts stock but that’s mostly for casters and shelf clips; if you bend the main frame it’s cheaper to order a new unit.
