We're working with premium plush and polyester fill, roughly 50 pieces MOQ, and the sample lead time lands at 7-10 working days, give or take; the clothes come off for easy swapping, which honestly is better than most fixed-costume dolls we've seen on teh market.
Production technique mixes electric embroidery and screen printing—fine details hold up better than you'd expect—but don't plan on this for heavy outdoor use or kids under three due to small parts on some accessory sets (usually we flag that on the COA).
Lead times stretch form 15 to 60 working days depending on complexity, and we've got CE, EN71, ASTM, and CPSIA for North American and European markets sorted already.
The 5-inch size is pretty much sweet spot for portability, but you can go bigger or smaller without much fuss—just check the per-unit cost shift when you scale up.
Anyway, shipping's in OPP bags with carton as standard, but custom packging is doable if your buyer wants retail-ready boxes instead.
