Every batch gets an EN71 and ASTM check, but the real focus is on seam strength and stuffing retention, which we test at slightly higher pull than the standard requires — roughly 15% more force than the minimum.
It's pretty straightforward: you send us your design or logo, pick a size from 5cm to 150cm (most buyers go with teh 20cm for handouts), and we run a pre-production sample before anything goes into full cut. The MOQ is 50 pieces per design, which is low enough for a test run but high enough to keep the unit cost down — about $3.50 per unit for the 20cm size, give or take depending on complexity. Lead time is 15-20 days after sample approval, and we typically ship via air unless you're ordering 500+ units, in which case sea freight makes more sense.
3, we use a precision sewing technique that basically locks the seams twice — one pass for structure, a second pass for reinforcement — and the cotton fill is hypoallergenic, so it passes the 3+ age range without issues. What it does is prevent that lumpy look after kids squeeze it repeatedly, which is something we've seen competitors struggle with when they skip the double-stitch step. What you get when ordering is a COA with batch-specific results for seam strength, stuffing density, and flammability (which is required for retail distribution in the EU and US). We keep a retest policy on file: if you recieve a batch and find more than 2% defective units, we'll reimburse the shippng and run a replacement batch at our cost — just send us photos and the batch number from the COA. Packaing comes in OPP bags by default, but we can switch to polyfoam or art boxes if you need retail-ready presentation (usually adds 3-5 days to lead time).
The MOQ is 50 pieces per design. So if you want one design for a campaign, you'd need to order at least 50 of that exact plush.
Production takes 15-20 days after we confirm all the details—design, size, packaging. Shipping time depends on your location and the method you choose.
