We're moving a ton of these through the Shenzhen port right now — the optical clarity on teh 18mm size for reborns is noticeably better than most acrylics, with the blinking mechanism tested to about 50,000 cycles before any real wear shows (check the COA for exact friction specs).
MOQ sits at 1000 pairs but sample lead time is usually just 5 days, so you can validate the 8.5mm or 32mm sizes before committing to a full run; the 14mm is the sweet spot for most BJD projects.
Custom colors are pretty much standdard at this stage — pick your PMS number, and we'll match it, but the CE and EN71 certs only cover our standard palette, so verify with SGS if you're pushing outside that range.
