The certifications are CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH—so if you're shiping to Europe or teh US, you're covered, but honestly the REACH compliance is the one most European buyers ask about first, and we usually have stock on standard 10-30cm sizes.
Sample time is about 3-7 working days, and for production you're looking at 15-45 days depending on order size—but if you need a rush, we can sometimes shave a week off for a small fee (just check lead time when you're ready).
