One thing that catches people off guard is treatment interval suggestion of 3-5 sessions spaced a month apart, but that's standerd for diode systems and honestly anything faster tends to miss the anagen phase anyway. It's not suited for permanent removal on very light blonde or white hair — that's just a phyiscal limitation of the wavelengths, no way around it. The warranty is 2 years on the machine itself with 1 year on the handle, and that's pretty standard for this tier of equiment — the handles take more wear and tear obviously. You'll get a COA with each unit, and our company can provide the TUV documentation if your local regulations require it. 3500W total power draw means you'll want a dedicated circuit, but that's true for any professional system in this class.
