If you're building out a custom track system for off-road vehicles or heavy industrial machinery, you'll want these fittings in hand before the assembly line stops — we usually have stock on common sizes, but confirm lead time for anything outside the standard range (check with us first).
They're machined to ±0.10mm tolerance, which is tighter than most generic brackets we've seen, and you can pick from carbon steel, stainlss, galvanized, or alumnum steel depending on your corrosion needs and weight limits.
Surface treatments run the gamut from powder coating to passivation to plating, and we've done custom colors before — just don't expect these to work for lightweight plastic track systems, they're built for metal-on-metal loads and the weight reflects that.
Basically, you're looking at a minimum order of 1 to 5 pieces, sample lead time is within 7 days, and we handle design, processing, and assembly under OEM/ODM terms.
So if you're a shop that needs a run of 50 units or so for a prototype batch, our company can do that without locking you into a huge MOQ — just tell us dimensions and suface finish you want.
Anyway, shipping is via standard freight, packed in corrugated boxes with foam inserts to keep the edges clean, and we include a COA with each order.
