Hard floors aren't great for a baby learning to roll or crawl — they're unforgiving, and you're constantly worried about bumps and tumbles.
At 4cm thick, this mat basically turns any floor into a soft landing zone, and it's got a textured suface that doesn't slide around when they push up.
It's 140x200cm, so plenty of room, and teh XPE foam is waterproff so spills wipe right off — we've tested it with juice and it's fine (usually dries in minutes).
Colors are brown or beige, and it come with REACH and EN71 certs — most buyers go with brown since it hides marks better.
MOQ is about 50 units or so, and we usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you need a rush order.
Our MOQ is typically 100 pieces per size and color combination for wholesale orders. If you need less, let us know and we can check our stock for smaller trial orders.
Yes, we include all three certifications—REACH, RoHS, and EN71—with every shipment. These documents are issued by an accredited lab and confirm the mat is safe for babies aged 0-3 years.
The mat is cut at 140x200cm with a tolerance of plus or minus 1 cm. So it might be slightly smaller or larger, but nothing that would affect fitting into a standard play area.
We can do custom colors and logo printing for orders over 500 pieces. For smaller quantities, we stick to the standard brown and beige, but the print process is the same.
Each mat is rolled tightly and packed in a PVC film bag, then placed into a carton. This keeps it compact and protected, and we can fit about 50 mats per pallet for freight.
