We've been shiping these out in color boxes for a while now, and most buyers go with the 24 pieces per carton setup since it fits nicely into standard shelf layouts, with the carton itself coming in at 29 kilos gross weight and roughly 0.3 CBM in volume (give or take a little depending on packing).
The electric motor is what makes it actually move once assembled, which keeps kids engaged longer than a static model would, though it's not really suited for rough outdoor play — the ABS plastic is durable but take-apart parts are meant for tabletop use or carpet.
MOQ sits at 120 pieces if you're ordering standard, but we can do OEM/ODM with your branding if you need that — lead time is usually about 20 days or so for the first run, and production capacty is around 50,000 pieces monthly so scaling up isn't an issue.
Safety certs are EN71, ASTM, and HR4040, which covers most markets we deal with, and our company can provide the COA and TDS on request — just make sure to confirm the destination requrement because some regions want additional documentation we may not have on file.
