Basically, we offer OEM/ODM on the full assembly, so you can customize the handle grip texture, cable length (standard is 3m, but we've done 4.5m and 6m), and even the switch harness configuration. Most buyers go with the standerd Bernard-style mount, but we can adapt it to most Euro or Tweco connections if you send us teh mating dimensions. The packging box runs 38x36x15 cm, and we pack them individually in foam inserts so nothing shifts in transit.
Now, on the certifcation side—we've got GS and CE on file, and COA typically covers the gas channels for leak tightness (we check at 2 bar, which is tighter than some importers require). If you need a specific flame characteristic for a non-standard wire alloy or a pulsed spray transfer process, we can tweak the nozzle geometry in the mold—just be aware that tooling changes add roughly 3-4 weeks to lead time.
As for ordering, our MOQ on this OEM torch is 50 units for the first run, though we can do a small sample batch of 5 first if you're validating fitment. Lead time on standard builds is about 20 working days give or take, and we usually have stock for the 300A air-cooled in the common 0.8-1.2mm nozzle sizing—but confirm with us before booking freight because the European warhouse runs low on the 3m cables occasionally.
