We've been making these for a while now, and what really sets this model apart is how it balances output with power draw—running about 150W while still pushing out 20 kilograms of bullet ice daily, which is pretty much the sweet spot for a busy home kitchen or a small office break room.
It uses a vertical ice tray design that speeds things up noticeably, and the all-stainless steel inner construction means you're not dealing with corrosion worries down the line. The compressor is a well-known brand, so noise stays low, and the microcomputer control handles the automation—basically just set it and forget it.
Dimensoins are 330 by 503 by 608 millimeters, and it weighs 28 kilograms, so it's not something you'll move around daily. Air-cooled condenser and copper coils for the evaporator and condenser, which helps with heat transfer efficieny, and there's an automatic cleaning cycle that runs when you tell it to.
One thing we've found is that the 5-kilogram storage bin fills up faster than you'd think in a commercial setting—great for a coffee shop or bar, but if you're running high-volume restaurant, you'll want to keep the scoop handy. It's better suited for steady, moderate use than for non-stop peak demand, anyway.
We usually have stock, but lead time can vary between 20 days or so for standdard orders. MOQ is typically one unit for OEM/ODM options, and we'll send the COA with each shipment—HPLC data on request.
The filtering device is a nice touch that buyers don't always ask about but definitely matters for water qualiy, especially if your tap water is on the hard side.
We can do as low as 50 units for OEM orders. For ODM, it depends on the customization level, but we’re flexible on smaller trial runs.
Standard production takes about 25-30 days after order confirmation. If you need a rush, we can sometimes cut that to 15 days for a small batch.
Yes, we can provide CE, RoHS, and CB certificates on request. Also, each unit is factory tested before shipping, and we’ll share the test report.
The 5KG storage bin is built-in but fully removable for easy cleaning. It’s insulated, so ice holds well even if you’re not using it right away.
