That 210W continuous rating means you're not losing performance as the battery drains, which matters when you're laying down a finish on a production line or a large fence job.
We usually stock the 2.5mm as standard, but you'll want the 1.0mm or 1.5mm for stains or thin acrylics, and honestly most buyers go with the 2.5mm because of that it's more for general industrial use. The spray speed sits around 150cc/min at a 300mm distance, so you're covering about 0.5m² per minute on a smooth surface, but that varies with materail viscosity and pattern width.
It's basically a mini spray gun that acts like a full-size unit—the 800ml cup is pretty generous for a battery tool, and you can run it for 20 minutes or so before refilling if you're not hammering the trigger. One thing you might not think to ask: the battery is a standard 20V platform, so if you already have tools form that, you can swap packs. (Check the connector compatibility though—some batches use a different slide mount.)
OEM and ODM are available from the Zhejiang facility, and we've done custom color runs and nozzle kits for a few industrial buyers who needed tighter tolerances than the standard CE-certified specs. The UKIPO and EUIPO certifications are on file, but that's mostly for export paperwork—the real value is the consistent 500-800ml/min outflow with the 2.5mm nozzle, which is better than most Chinese spray guns in this price bracket.
Not suited for precision automotive touch-up work where you need a 0.5mm tip and sub-micron filtration—the 2.5mm is too coarse for that, and atomization isn't as fine as a HVLP turbine system. Anyway, for construction coatings, wood sealers, or metal primer on structrual steel, it's pretty much a workhorse. The 1.0mm optional nozzle helps if you're spraying thinner stains, but don't expect HVLP-quality finish on clear coats.
