Basically, if you're weighing vehicles moving at 5 to 10 km/h, the accuracy sits at ±3% F.S, which is tighter than most portable pads we've handled. For static weighing, it's ±0.1-0.5% F.S depending on how level your suface is. One thing buyers don't always think to ask: the corner error is ≤0.2% F.S, so even if truck isn't perfectly centered, you're still getting reliable numbers.

It's not suited for extreme cold below -20°C or sustained heat above 60°C, but for most indutrial yards that's fine. The IP67 rating means it handles rain and dust pretty well — we've had units sitting outside for months with no issues. And the integrated lightning protection is a nice safety net if you're in an area prone to storms.

The LCD display is clear enough to read in direct sunlight, which matters more than you'd think when you're out in the yard squinting at numbers. Operating voltge is 9-15VDC, but we recommend 10VDC for best stability. Also, the aluminum alloy construction keeps the weight manageable — one person can usually move a 5t pad without a forklift.

Most buyers go with the 10t capacity for standard truck axle checks, but if you're doing heavy mining equiment, the 20t option gives you more headroom. The steel I beam structure underneath adds rigidity without making the pad bulky — it's basically a mechanical scale with a digital brain.
