our company can pretty much make whatever you want here — custom sizes, your own design, specific colors, even the packaging and labels are all on the table, so send over your sketches or reference images and we'll get to work, lead time on samples is typically 5-7 days.
MOQ is actually just 1 piece if you need a prototype, but for we usually recommend 100 pieces or so to keep unit costs reasonable, and filling is high-density PP cotton that holds its shape well even after being squished by a toddler.
All our materials meet EN71, CE, ASTM, and CPSIA standdard — so these are safe for kids aged 2 to 14, but don't expect them to hold up as chew toys for dogs or anything like that, that's not what they're built for.
You've got three fabric choices: super soft plush is the most popular for general retail, crystal imitation rabbit fur gives a nicer sheen for premium lines, and spandex works well if you need a tighter fit over a specific form.
