So we’re ordering the CP-038 crimping pliers, which are basically a mini high-carbon steel tool for, crimping, stripping, and punching—pretty much all-in-one for building decoration and DIY work.
box joint structure and straight shaft give it decent for a tool this size, and the handle’s colorful non-slip coating actually helps with grip when you’re doing repetitive crimping or twisting.
It handles both metric and imperial measurements, which is useful since our install crews often switch between AN series, AP, or FS-D4 terminals depending on the job, and the edge is better than most mini pliers for this class.
We usually have stock on these, but confirm lead time if you’re ordering custom OEM—MOQ is 100 sets, and the supplier provided RoHS and Reach documentation (COA on request), which covers compliance for most of our commercail projects.
One thing though—these aren’t suited for heavy-gauge electrical work above 10 AWG or so, the mini size just doesn’t have the jaw strength for that, but for light crimping and wire stripping it’s fine.
Payment terms are standerd T/T with 30% deposit, and shipping from origin usually takes 20 days or so depending on the port, but we’ve used this supplier before and they’re relaible on documentation.
MOQ is 100 sets. If you just need a couple samples to test, we can usually do that, but the bulk order needs to hit 100 sets minimum.
Yes, CP-038 is RoHS and Reach certified. We can provide the docs with the shipment or beforehand if you need to check compliance.
