Our bulk cement tanker trailer is engineered for efficient dry powder material transportation with advanced pneumatic unloading technology. The system utilizes compressed air to discharge materials directly into storage facilities without manual handling, significantly improving operational efficiency while reducing labor costs and material loss.
The trailer's V-type design with 38m³ geometric volume (effective volume 38m³) is constructed from 4mm thick Q235 carbon steel, ensuring exceptional durability and load-bearing capacity. The structural integrity is further enhanced by reinforced front/rear head plates of the same material specification.
Key performance features include a rapid unloading speed exceeding 1.2 tons per minute and an internal tank pressure rating of 0.2MPa. The trailer comes equipped with a 12m³ air compressor (Wuhu/Bohai brand) and Weichai Kefa 4102 diesel engine for reliable pneumatic operation.
The chassis incorporates a 13T FUWA brand axle system (3 pieces) with optional mechanical or air suspension configurations. Safety components include a T30/30+T30 spring brake chamber system, 45L air tanks, and ABS anti-lock braking system. The standard package includes 6 pieces of 385/65 R22.5 tires and 28-ton capacity landing gear.
Surface treatment includes complete sand blasting for rust removal followed by one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of finish paint. Custom color options are available. The trailer measures 9800×2500×3950mm (L×H×W) with a 30° approach/departure angle and 9000kg tare weight.
This model is particularly suitable for transporting various dry powder materials including cement, lime powder, and mineral powder. The design optimizes both transportation efficiency and unloading convenience for operations of different scales.
