We run every batch through the same three testing stages—raw matrial check first, then in-process during molding, and finally a full assembly test before packing. These blocks have to hold up to the ball rolling and flashing lights, so we verify ABS plastic meets ASTM F963-96a and EN71 on a per-lot basis, not just once a year. The COA covers impact resistnce and colorfastness, and we keep a 5% retest sample form each carton in case you need verification later.
It's pretty much the standard package you'd expect for this kind of educational maze game: color box at 24.7×18.4×5cm, 60 sets per carton at about 23.5kg gross weight. Lead time is usually 20 days or so, but confirm if you're ordering during peak season. The MOQ is one carton, though most buyers go with 2-3 cartons for better shippng economics.

What it does is test for consistent track alignment across all pieces—any slight warping and the ball won't roll smoothly, so we check that in our in-house lab with a steel ball gauge. The flashing lights are low-voltage LEDs, by the way, no heating issues, but they do add about 2% to the failure rate on electricla testing. Not ideal for outdoor use, as moisture can affect the battery contacts, but that's a limitation we're upfront about.
Actually, we had a client last year who wanted tighter tolerances on the track grooves than the standard ASTM specs call for—our company can do that, but it adds about a week to lead time and a small surcharge. The certificate we issue is signed off by our quality manager, and we'll email you a PDF copy with the shipment tracking. If you need a hard copy, just mention it when placing the order.
