For qualiy, every unit ships with a COA form our batch, and we do a 72-hour burn-in test before packing—that’s something a lot of suppilers skip, but it catches about 1 in 50 units that would fail within the first month. We also have a retest policy: if the COA looks off, you can send it back within 14 days for recheck, no questions asked.
FDA and CE certs are on file, and our company provide a 3-year warranty on the diodes—200 million pulses or so—but the compressor cooling might need a service after 18 months of heavy use, which is just a fact with these systems.
