We're shippng these in about 20 days or so form order, and the box is roughly 45cm by 35cm by 25cm — it's not huge but it's solid, about 8kg give or take. It basically packs three therapy modes into one unit: shockwave, interferential current, and ultrasound, all controlled through that LCD screen.
The shockwave intensity runs from 0.5 to 10 bar, and you'll typically set it around 3-6 bar for most cases; the vibration intensity goes between 0.2 and 3 W/cm². Carrier frequency on the electrotherapy side is 1-5kHz with a premod range of 1-60Hz, and it's got two channels, A and B, so you can treat two areas simultaneously or use different settings. Ultrasound is fixed at 1 MHz with a 4 cm applicator, which is pretty standard for this kind of work.
A lot of clinics use this for plantar fasciitis and calcific tendinitis, but it's actually better suited for chronic conditions than acute injuries — the shockwave can be too intense for fresh inflammation. The IFC mode works well for muscle spasm relief, especially in the lumbar region, though you'll want to keep the frequency between 1-21 Hz for that.
It's got CE and ISO13485 certification, and we usually have COAs on request for the calibration, but honestly I'd confirm lead time before you place a large order. The LCD display is clear enough, but one thing nobody mentions is the menu navigation takes a bit of getting used to — it's not intuitive for first few uses.
