Power draw is fixed at 0.55 kW running on 380V, so it's pretty modest for the throughput you get, and the distributing disk seal is what you'd rely on to keep dust leaks minimal (most buyers don't think about that until they're dealing with fines, but it holds up). Positioning accuracy is high enough that you won't see misalignment build up over a shift, and the bearing housing is standard industrial grade—nothing exotic, just solid and serviceable.

Typical uses are feed mills, oil plants, starch plants, or any grain processing line where you need to split flow to multiple downstream bins, though it's not built for sticky or wet materials—if your mash is over 15% moisture, you'll want to check with us first. Forage and dry granulated stuff is where it actually shines, and we've seen it handle 30 t/h consistently on a corn-soy line for three years before needing a bearing swap.

CE and ISO9001 come with the unit, and you'll get a COA form our mill with each shipment—HPLC data on any potential cross-contamination is available on request, but we don't run it as default, so specify if that matters to your batch records. screen mesh is included, but it's a standard 2mm type; if you need something tighter, you'll have to order separately.

Payment is typically 30% upfront, the rest before shipping, and our company can do L/C for larger orders—just flag it during quoting. Shipping usually takes 20 working days or so once production starts, though the TFPX8 and up take a few days more because teh fabricating queue runs slower. Also, packging is standard export plywood crates with steel strapping, palletized for forklift access, and we include a basic tool kit for installation (wrenches, alignment gauge, but no lifting gear).
