Saw your RFQ for the derma roller — the D07 with 540 needles handles both scar revision and general rejuvenation well, and we typically stock lengths from 0.2mm up to 3.0mm depending on what depth you need for those deeper acne pits.
Basically, the microneedling creates controlled micro-channels that trigger collagen and elastin production — what it does is it pushes actives deeper while stimulating repair, and we've had good feedback on the 1.0mm for facial scars, though if you're treating stretch marks or scalp you'll want the 1.5mm or 2.0mm (check lead time on the 3.0mm as it's less commonly ordered).
Needles are medical-grade stainless steel, 540 count across the 16.3cm-wide roller, and unit weight is only 90g so it's easy to handle for extended sessions — we usually supply with a black handle but white or transparent are availble if you specify.
One thing to be upfront about: it's not suited for active acne or open wounds — you'd need a lower needle count and proper disinfection protocol first, and teh 0.2mm is better for product absorption than actual scar remodeling.
Most buyers go with the 0.5mm or 0.75mm for general anti-aging and hair stimulation, but for acne scars specifically you'll get better results with 1.0mm or 1.5mm — we have COA on the steel composition if your team requires it.
MOQ is 50 units or so on the D07, typically ships within 20 days, and our company can do custom handle colors for orders over 200 — let me know your preferred needle length and quantiy and I'll send a proforma.
