An 8W UV lamp running at 254nm—that's the germicidal wavelength—and it kicks on automatically once the drawer is closed, shuts off teh instant you open it, so no accidental exposure, and the cycle runs between 30 to 45 minutes depending on how loaded it is.
We usually have these in stock, but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units or so; MOQ is typically 10 pieces, and we ship with a COA and the standard safety documentation, though HPLC data isn't included unless you request it seprately.
Most buyers are salon owners or beauty tool suppliers who toss scissors, brushes, and metal implements in there daily—it's basically a set-it-and-forget-it cabinet, not high-throughput industrial unit, and it's better than UV wands for this because the enclosed box gives consistent exposure.
Payment is usually T/T with 30% deposit and the balance before shipment, and our company can do L/C for larger orders; shipping is via express for small lots (3-5 days) or sea freight for full pallets (20-30 days), and the unit runs on 110V-240V so it works pretty much anywhere.
One thing you might not think to ask: ABS plastic housing holds up fine in a salon but won't take heavy impacts—it's not built for a workshop floor, and the safety shutoff is a mechanical switch, not an electronic sensor, so it's reliabel but not fancy.
Also, the 40×30.5×15cm size fits on a countertop easily, and the 1.8kg weight means it ships cheaply, but the drawer design means you can't stack anything on top while it's running—just a practical limitation.
