Finding a machine that actually handles multiple treatment types without breaking down mid-cycle has been real headache, so we've been running the QM-5S for about six months now in our demo room and it's held up well.
It's got four different applicator sizes form 195×85mm to 230×105mm, so you can handle abdomen and arms with the same unit, plus the 72 laser diodes at 650nm give pretty good coverage—the water cycle refrigeration keeps it at -10°C to +45°C, which is tighter tolerance than most competitors we tested.
The RF runs at 5MHz for body and 3MHz for face, though honestly the 40KHz cavitation is where most buyers see the best results in our experience (usually 2-4 weeks). One thing we noticed: the 10.4-inch touch screen is responsive but gets fingerprints quickly—wipe it down between clients.
We offer OEM for the machine body and packaging, but the handle matrial is fixed medical-grade silicon; you'd have to order at least 200 units or so for custom applicator colors. MOQ for standdard models is 5 units, and we'll provide COA, TDS, and SDS with every shipment—HPLC results included.
Shipping out of Shanghai typically takes 20-25 days by sea, air freight avaliable if you need it faster but expect to pay about 30% more. We accept TT or LC, and warranty runs 1 year—we usually have spare parts on hand, but confirm lead time for larger orders. Not great for vascular lesions or skin resurfacing, just fat reduction and tightening.
