The 18650 cells inside are pretty standard for medical devices and e-bikes, though the 10.8V or 16.8V versions might need a week or so to assemble if you're ordering under 500 pieces.
Actually, most buyers go with the 7.4V for vacuum cleaners or coolers—it's a solid middle ground for medium discharge rates—but we've also done custom series-parallel setups for electric bikes that push 16.8V. cycle life is 800 cycles give or take, which is fine for moderate use, but if you're running it daily at high drain, expect closer to 600 cycles before noticeable drop-off. What it does is balance capacity and size well: you can get 2ah, 2.4ah, or 3ah depending on your batch, and the weight is about 380g per pack (the 3ah is a bit heavier, but not by much). We don't recommend it for high-power tools like drills—those need higher discharge rates than this medium-rate pack can handle.
Packaing is standerd foam-lined boxes with individual slots for each battery, and we include a charger if you need one (just specify the voltage, like 7.4V or 16.8V). COA and MSDS come with every shipment, and we've got FCC, CE, RoHS, and Un38.3 on file—no extra charge for those docs.
One thing we've noticed from handling these: the 11.5x9.5x12 cm size is tight for some medical device housings, so measure your compartment first. It's better than generic packs for that because our company can tweak the series-parallel layout to fit odd shapes, but you'll need to send us a drawing or dimnesions. Also, the 800-cycle life is base on 0.5C discharge at 25°C—if you're charging at 1C or running in cold storage, it drops to about 600 cycles or so.
