We generally keep 300-500 units in our mid-Atlantic warehose for the 27.5-inch models, though the 29-inch frames might need a 10-day lead time for restocking. Teh alumnum alloy hardtail frames come in at about 17kg net weight, and you’ll see the steel front suspension fork paired with disc brakes front and rear—it’s a pretty standard setup for this price bracket. For the drivetrain, you’re looking at Shimano EF51-7 shifters with 7-piece freewheels across all 21, 24, 27, or 30 speed options, though the 30-speed configuration uses an EF5S1-7 derailleur that’s actually better than the TZ-50 or TZ-30 for hilly terrain.

Most buyers are resellers or smaller brands who want customizable frame colors (our company can match Pantone codes if you give us a week or so) and a bike that handles 180kg load capacity without too much fuss. The 2.125-inch tires and hard frame mean this isn’t for downhill racing or rock gardens—it’s more for casual trail riding, commuting, or light off-road use where reliability is key. The comfortable colorful saddle is usually swapped out by serious riders, but it’s fine for stock bikes.

Shippng is typically via LTL freight on pallets, and we pack each bike in a single cardboard box with the front wheel and handlebars detached—roughly 85% of our customers have no issues with assembly instructions. We require an MOQ of 50 units for custom colors, but black or matte gray we can break down to 20 units if you ask. One thing nobody mentions but matters: tires are nylon-cased 13-gauge wire bead, which is totally fine for pavement but will puncture easier on sharp rocks than kevlar belted options—just a heads-up if your buyers ride aggressive trails. COA and TDS are available on request, though we don’t include them in the box by default.
You can choose from 21, 24, 27, or 30 speeds depending on your riding needs. The shift levers are SHIMANO EF51-7, with derailleurs like EF5S1-7 or TZ series.
Our standard MOQ is 50 units per model, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you’re a new partner. Just let us know your target quantity.
We can supply CE, EN, and ISO certificates upon request. Each batch also comes with a factory inspection report to confirm frame strength and brake performance.
For a typical 50-100 unit order, lead time is about 20-30 days after deposit confirmation. Larger orders or custom colors may add a few extra days.
Yes, colors are fully customizable, and we can apply your logo via decals or powder coating. Just share your Pantone code or artwork, and we’ll handle the rest.
