We typically see these used for neighborhood riding, training wheels setups for teh 12-inch and 14-inch sizes, or even light trail use on the 18-inch and 20-inch with air tires. One thing it's not great for is heavy off-road jumps—the steel frame will hold, but suspension-less fork means you'll feel every root and rock.
Color options are red, black, blue, green, yellow, or we can do custom if your MOQ justifies the setup time. Package dimnesions run 60-110 cm by 19-49 cm depending on wheel size, and the production lead time is usually 20 to 35 days (give or take a few base on current factory load).

For a custom order that size, expect 30-35 days. That covers sourcing your Pantone colors, screen printing logos, and production. We can shave off a few days if you pick from our standard colors.
Yes, the 12-inch bikes come in a 60x19cm box, while the 20-inch bikes use a 110x49cm box. We can also flat-pack them to reduce volume if you're shipping large quantities.
Absolutely. Just specify which wheel sizes get air tires and which get EVA tires on your order sheet. We'll handle the assembly and packing accordingly.
