So the frame carries a 5-year warranty, which is pretty standard for aluminum, and the motor and battery are covered seprately (usually 2 years or so, depending on the suplier), but we always recommend confirming lead time before ordering since the custom colors — Black, Blue, Red, Gray, or your own spec — can add about 20 days or so to production.
It's not really suited for extreme downhill stuff, honestly, the 22kg weight and 120kg load capasity mean it's built for steady trail riding or urban use rather than aggressive jumps, but what it does is offer a solid middle ground where you don't have to compromise too much on either comfort or capability.
10 units is the MOQ for custom OEM orders, and we usually have stock for standard color options, though the Bafang DPC10 display is worth noting because of that it shows speed and battery level clearly but doesn't have GPS or anything fancy — just the basics you actually use on a daily ride.

Our MOQ is 10 units for this model, which is fairly low compared to many OEM suppliers. We can't go below that for the first order, but after that, we're flexible on smaller repeat orders.
Typically, production takes about 30-45 days after sample approval and deposit for a 10-unit order. Shipping time depends on your location, but we usually use sea freight which adds 25-40 days.
Absolutely, each bike comes with CE certification, and we can supply the battery UN38.3 test report and MSDS for shipping compliance. Just request these documents when placing your order.
The 31-60km range depends on rider weight, terrain, and assist level. On flat roads with pedal assist on medium, you'll get closer to 60km; aggressive throttle use or steep hills will bring it down to about 31km.
