Most buyers go with these over polymer alternatives because, frankly, titanium handles better in load-bearing TTA procedures without that brittle crack risk; our open structure design already supports bone ingrowth under healing conditions.
CE and ISO 13485 certifcation is already on file, so skip the extra qualiy vetting—we usually have stock on standerd sizes, but those custom ones like 9x19mm or 12x25mm may need a lead time of 20 days or so (confirm that before you lock the order).
Actually, smooth surfce finish reduces infection risk, and it's pretty much standard for orthopedic work; we don't spin the 6×22mm as a silver bullet though—it's not suited for smaller breeds where the 3.0×10mm fits better.
Just a heads up—our documentation includes full COAs and the lot traceability, tighter dimensional tolerance than most generic cages, so you won't run into fit issues mid-surgery.

Each cage comes in individual sterile packaging, ready to use in the OR. They're sterilized via gamma irradiation and packed in sealed pouches.
We can do custom surface finishes or add screw holes, but since these are CNC machined from medical-grade titanium, it requires a new program and a higher minimum order—usually 200 pieces for a custom run.
